Rare Tablet IBM Thinkpad 360P - Non Functional

I do not usually sell non-functioning thinkpads but this is the exception. This faulty IBM Thinkpad 360P has been in my collection for years and I have been hoping that a replacement screen comes up for it. It does seem otherwise fairly complete, although it has no hard drive and the hibernation/CMOS battery have long since been removed.

It no longer powers on. It did the first 2 times today but then it stopped. The floppy drive made a loud noise.

It is possible the LCD display could be repaired.

The true value in this machine however is the condition of the case and the other hardware contained within. The touch PCB and ribbons are all inside and the lid is complete. The mechanism for the folding lid seems to function as intended and the case is in very good condition. The inverter is also in there.

The lifting keyboard has been snapped both sides but almost every single 360 lifting keyboard has - I’ve had completely new unbroken ones and the first time I opened it, very carefully, they splintered, so I think it’s just one of those things.

Anyway, you just consider this broken, and good for spare parts and if you have another 360P then you might be able to combine them to make a perfect one.

No power supply or anything else.
